What is an Orange Jersey Course?

• The “Orange Jersey” can teach Blue Jersey certification courses,
• Heart Rate Monitor User Workshops.
• Will work under contract to work for Heart Zones UK Ltd.
• Set up and teach basic Heart Zone Master Classes.

Course Content

• How to teach Heart Rate Monitor User Workshops and Blue Jersey qualification.
• User Workshops and Seminars are for individuals outside of fitness clubs who wish to have a specific programme for their sport or fitness goal and will include practical and personal use of the 10 Heart Zone steps.
• Theory Exam and presentation of selected Blue Jersey Course and User Workshop Seminars.
• Team Teaching with Heart Zones UK Red Jersey at official Blue Jersey Certification.
