Example:

The client trains 1 hour per day, 3 times a week, 12 months a year, they have been training regularly and want to get faster at their chosen sport. They were placed on the “speed” branch of the Training Tree.

Heart Zone Training points can be used as a monitoring and coaching tool to motivate based on goals, time available and actual results.
